Monthly Meetup
A relaxing, 3 hour afternoon event the last Sunday of the month.
What to expect:
Doors open at 1:15p for welcoming members and friends, and visitors to explore the space. At 2pm Erin, our CoSpace Host will guide a sound healing meditation that incorporates gentle breath rhythms.
At 3pm, we gather to enjoy a shared meal round table engaging in conversation about random topics of Life.
Light snacks and refreshments provided, although we love shared favorites. Feel free to potluck (please include labels).

Breath Circle
A healing breath circle is a personal journey of healing, recovery and illumination. Experiencing the collective energy of others, we intimately observe the breath, work our constructs in compassion, fears into love and anxieties into peaceful awareness. It's a way to relieve stress and uncover limiting beliefs that create pain and suffering.
The breath will lead each individual toward their own unique experience; it will connect you to your body’s innate wisdom. You will leave feeling lighter, more clear, open-hearted, and with a full flowing tank of life-force energy. It can help to change lifetime patterns of pain and suffering, anxiety, depression and addiction. The Circle's conscious connected breathing technique empowers the subconscious to awaken and release. We welcome new breathers, no experience necessary!
Circles are limited to 10 spaces so that everyone receives individualized support and integration. The Circle will be held at CoSpace, 438 N. Centre St., Cumberland, MD 21502 with snacks and refreshments.
