Join us for an hour of transformative guided conscious breathing rhythms and Yin Yoga. We begin class with 3-4 Yin postures to maximize muscle relaxation, creating the ideal environment for deep, conscious breathing. Stretching and strengthening your respiratory muscles and lungs, while being guided through a relaxing, meditative journey.
Perfect for all levels, this class allows space for both beginners and advanced practitioners. No prior experience with breathwork or Yin Yoga is necessary, and modifications are available.
This hybrid class is offered both in person and online. Registration required using source below for Zoom link. Walk-ins welcome. $10/class
