This structured sequence of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises is designed to work your entire body, inside and out. The room is heated to 90°F with 40% humidity, creating the perfect environment for detoxification, flexibility, and mental clarity. Whether you're a seasoned practitioner or new to Bikram yoga, this class will leave you feeling refreshed, energized, and balanced.
Bring your mat, towel, and plenty of water to stay hydrated.
