By day, it’s a bright and welcoming workspace—and by evening, it transforms into a restorative studio for yoga, breathwork, and somatic movement classes that nourish the nervous system and realign your energy. In the back, our dedicated heated room offers hot yoga and stretching classes designed to detoxify and deeply release tension, while a brand-new cycle studio is currently in the works to bring even more movement and momentum to your wellness routine. This is a space where deadlines and down dogs coexist, and where mindful connection fuels meaningful work.

Meet Your Host — Erin K. Bishop
Cumberland native and global wellness guide, Erin K. Bishop brings over 20 years of experience in breathwork, emotional intelligence, and community building to CoSpace. Her journey has taken her around the world, and now she’s cultivating a local hub where creativity, productivity, and personal growth intersect.
Erin’s vision for CoSpace is simple: a welcoming, down-to-earth space where people can do their work and their healing—side by side.
Through her practice, A Breath of Wellness, Erin also offers private one-on-one integration sessions for those seeking deeper emotional support, clarity, or trauma-informed breathwork guidance.
